     CHA-RYAT, KYUNG-NET, CHUN-BEE

 

  1. Step right foot back into left food front-stance; at same time, right hand ridge-hand strike to rear, past fight shoulder and left hand palm down block to low section (groin area).  Then switch positions of hands by lowering right hand to palm down block to low section and left hand ridge-hand strike to rear, past left shoulder.  NOTE: hands cross in center of mid-section of chest on way up and down.  Then S-L-O_W_L_Y,  leaning forward slightly, bring open right hand up to mid-chest area in a tiger mouth position.  at same time bring left hand forward into a palm-strike attack to high.  Expel air from lungs S-L-O-W-L-Y while assuming this final position.

 

    2Right foot front kick into front stance, double-punch, right then left.

 

     3.  Pivot into back-stance;  inside middle-block with right arm.

 

     4.  Left foot front kick into front stance; double punch, left then right.

 

     5.  Pivot into back stance; inside middle-block with left arm.

 

      6.  Double step (both into front stances with double lunge punches, right then left (final position will be left foot forward front stance).   

            LOUD KIHAP on second step/punch.

      7.  Low right foot round-kick to groin; 90 degree pivot to right, step down with right foot into front stance and at exactly same time     

           strike with left ridge-hand into your open right hand (both arms now straight out in front, right hand is held in spearfinger position

           (palm facing in) while left hand strikes into center of right hand).

 

    8.   Step left foot up to and in back of right foot (hand assumes guarding position); right round-kick (step right foot down with heel 

           pointing toward target),  left foot back kick (step down into right foot forward guarding stance facing opposite direction).  

     

    9.  Step forward with left leg into left front stance and left lunge punch at same time.

     10.  Step right foot up to and in back of left foot (hand assumes guarding position); left round kick (step left foot down with heel

            pointing toward target), right foot back kick (step down into left foot forward guarding stance facing opposite direction.

 

     11.  Step forward with right leg into right front stance and right lunge punch at same time.

 

     12.  Low left foot round kick to groin; 90 degree pivot to left, step down with left foot into front-stance and at exactly same time strike

              with right ridgehand into your open left hand (both arms now straight out in front, left hand is held in spearfinger position (palm

           facing in) while right hand strikes into center of left hand).

     13.  Without taking a step, now grab with both hands (as around opponent's head or neck), shifting weight completely onto left leg,

             lift right knee up and forward bringing both hands down past knee for a knee-strike (to the head).

 

    14.  Place right foot back down directly next to left.  Raise both arms straightened and out to right side well above head and right

         shoulder.  Step left foot out to left side into ki-mae-sae position; double hand knife strike to left, left hand facing palm down,

         right hand facing palm up  (near groin area on left side).

 

   15.  Pivoting on left foot, move right foot 90 degrees to left behind left foot into a back stance S-L-O-W-L-Y expel air from lungs

            and move hands into guarding position at same time.

     16.  Shift body weight onto left leg, step forward with right leg, lift left knee up and perform flying front kick with right foot landing

             in a right foot forward front-stance.  Grab (opponent) with left hand and pull into high back-fist strike (aimed downward) with right hand; left hand is pulled immediately under right elbow.

          

    17.  Now pivot into back stance and inside middle block with right arm at same time - VERY FAST!  Then S-L-O-W-L-Y low-block  with right arm expelling air from lungs at same time.

          

    18.  VERY FAST, jump back moving first right foot (front), then left foot (back) again into the same side guarding-stance.  At same time, do low-block then rising block with right arm FAST!

            

 

    19.  Moving forward, front kick with left leg, round kick with right leg (step right foot down with heel facing target), back kick with left leg stepping down into left foot gront stance.

          

 

BAROW - Bring both fists down along side body and put all weight on left foo;  pivot on left foot 180 degrees to left, moving  right foot up along side left (shoulder width).  Bring hands up to cross at face level (thumb in) then both arms down in front (palm in) to return to ready stance.
