CHA-RYAT, KYUNG-NET, CHUN-BEE

1.                  Step right foot back to assume left back stance; S-L-O-W-L-Y move both hands into left guarding position and exhale SLOWLY at same time.

2.                  Step right foot forward into right front stance; right lunge punch.

3.                  Left front kick into left front stance; left lunge punch.

4.                  Right front kick into right front stance; right lunge punch.

5.                  Step left foot forward into left front stance, left lunge punch; immediately step right foot forwards into right front stance, right lunge punch with LOUD KIHAP!

 

6.                  Move right foot up to left foot and turn body 180° to left, step left foot forward and to the left side to assume left back stance. S-L-O-W-L-Y move both hands into left guarding position and exhale SLOWLY at same time.

 

7.                  Right round kick, step down to assume right front stance; left reverse through punch.

8.                  Pivot body 90° to left, spinning outside knifehand strike with left hand.

9.                  Step right foot up alongside left and left side kick; turning upper body 180° to right step left foot down behind right to assume right back stance.

10.              Low circle block with right (S-L-O-W-L-Y) and exhale SLOWLY at same time; quickly slide back (left foot then right), right rising block.

 

11.              Left round kick, step down to assume left front stance; right reverse through punch.

12.              Pivot body 90° to right, spinning outside knifehand strike with right hand.

13.              Step left foot up alongside right and right side kick; turning upper body 180° to left, step right foot down behind left to assume left back stance.

14.              Low circle block with left (S-L-O-W-L-Y) and exhale SLOWLY at same time; quickly slide back (right foot then left), left rising block.

 

15.              Right front kick into right back stance; left reverse snap punch.

16.              Left front kick into left back stance; right reverse snap punch.

17.              With right foot moving forward and to the left side, pivot 180° to left to assume left back stance; left low block; immediately pivot into left front stance and right hand reverse through punch with LOUD KIHAP!

 

BAROW step left foot back alongside right (shoulder width). Bring both fists alongside body, then hands up to cross at face level (thumb-in) then both arms down in front (palm in) to return to ready stance.
