1)     SAME SIDE ARM GRAB

Step back with opposite leg, snap arm straight up from shoulder, lean away (to avoid a punch) front kick with front leg

2)    TWO HAND-GRAB TO YOUR RIGHT HAND

Put your left hand thru the middle of your opponent's hands, grab your own right fist, step back with left leg and pull your arm out of the hold over your left shoulder and execute a right hand knifehand strike to their neck

3)    SAME ARM (OPPOSITE SIDE ) GRAB TO RIGHT WRIST

Lock opponents' grabbing hand with your free hand, circle both arms up and to the right side, step left leg through in to a low horse stance, twist opponents arm palm up on the closest shoulder (to avoid a choke) and pull forward on arm and bring arm down across your shoulder to break elbow. Then strike opponents solar plexus or ribs with your elbow. 

4)   ONE  HAND GRAB TO SHOULDER FROM BEHIND (RIGHT HAND TO LEFT SHOULDER)

lock grabbing hand in place with your opposite hand.  Step out to the opposite side with opposiste leg.  Bring hand from same side up under and palm strike to,  forearm strike to elbow and round kick with leg closest to opponent.
